Wastewater Treatment Systems

Prior to the use of any Wastewater Treatment System (ie septic tank), the owner/operator requires a 'License to Operate' from Council.
Please contact Council to ensure that a final inspection of the Wastewater Treatment System has occurred, and a 'License to Operate' has been issued.
Your License to Operate may be required to be renewed every one, three or five years depending on whether your system is classed as high, medium or low risk.
