Action Request System

Council has an Action Request System where all requests for maintenance work on Council assets are reported to Council generally via the relevant section of Council.
For example, requests to fix a pothole would be to the Operations Section. These requests are then recorded and forwarded to the relevant Council Officer. The resident is generally formally advised in writing of Council's response within 14 days.
