Wollondilly Shire has a Tree Preservation Order covering the whole of the Shire, which oulines when consent is required for tree clearance. Click on the following link for further information on the Tree Preservation Order

You need to phone Council's Development Services on 4677 1135 if you want to clear any trees or vegetation (on your land or on nature strips etc) as it may require Council's Development Consent.
Council provides lists of native Flora and Fauna on request. For further information please call Council's Environmental Services on 02 4677 1177, or you will find some information here.
