Library

The Picton Library is located on Menangle Street, Picton and is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, Thursday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 12 noon.

There is a regular program of activities at the Library, including school holiday activities and Storytime.

The Mobile Library offers 5,000-6,000 titles ranging from New Releases to Children's Titles, CDs, Large Print and Talking Books, as well as Council exhibitions and information.

The air-conditioned vehicle also offers wheelchair access, four personal computers and a printer, a scanner and a photocopier. The next step, to be taken in the near future, is internet connection.
