Rate notices are posted out on a yearly basis. Payment can be made in full or by quarterly instalments. Pension rate rebates may be available to you if you are a pensioner. Contact Council's Rates Section to make an enquiry in this regard. You can pay your rates over the phone via Bankcard/Visa/MasterCard/AMEX 24 hours/7 days a week. Phone 1300 301 008. Please have your credit card, rates notice and pen handy when calling. You must key in all of your Rate Account Number, including zeros, and then enter the amount in full, ignoring the decimal point. Payment can also be made via Direct Debit, mail, Bpay or in person at Council Offices.
