Council Meetings are normally held on the third Monday of each month (unless affected by public holidays), commencing at 6.30pm in the Council Chambers, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton. Any variations to Council's meeting timetable will be advertised in the local papers and updated here. When confidential issues such as legal commercial or staffing matters are on the Agenda the meeting may be closed to the public for those items. Extraordinary Meeting
Business Papers are available from the Council office from 8am on the Friday three weeks before the Ordinary Council meeting. Alternatively you can download a copy from the link provided at the bottom of this page. Due to the Local Government Elections being held on 13 September the scheduled Ordinary Meeting for 16 September has been cancelled.
