The Draft Wollondilly Local Environment Local Environnmetal Plan 2009 and Draft Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2009 will be on public exhibition from 2 November to 14 December 2009.
The Draft Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2009 (LEP) has been prepared in line with the State Government's Standard Instrument (LEP) Order 2006. A Local Environmental Plan (LEP) is the legal guide for development and planning decisions for local government areas, through zoning and development controls. The Draft LEP consistsof a written document and a series of related maps.
The Draft Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2009 (DCP) accompanies the Draft Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2009 and provides more detailed controls and requirements for different land uses to achieve the purposes of LEP.
