What sort of information and level of detail does Council need in a rezoning application?Generally Council officers require information about the site which will enalbe planners to assess the merits of the requrest. This will require that as a minimum information is provided addressing the site's location, physical characteristics, existing and proposed soznes, rationale for the proposed zone (eg site is supported for industrial by provision of an Industrial Lands Study for the area, is identified in the Wollondilly Vision 2025, etc.), and preliminary assessment of impact in respect of (and as applicable):
