Wollondilly Development Contributions Plan

At its meeting of 21 November 2005 Council resolved to adopt the Development Contributions Plan.
The Wollondilly Development Contributions Plan 2005 has been prepared in accordance with Section 94 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. This section empowers Council in the leving of development contributions, for the provision of funding new infrastructure and services which are required as a consequence of new development.
In accordance with clause 32(2)(b) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation, 2000, the adoption by Council of Wollondilly Development Contributions Plan 2005, as a subsequent contributions plan, repeals the Wollondilly Section 94 Contributions Plan 2000.
The plan takes effect on 1 December 2005 and development applications lodged on or after the 22 November 2005 will be subject to the provisions of the plan.
