RFT 2026/10 - FRANK McKAY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING - DEMOLITION

Council is seeking tender offers from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the complete demolition and removal of the former Wollondilly Shire Council Administration Building located at 60–62 Menangle Street, Picton NSW 2571, including all associated structures, foundations, services, hardstand areas, and infrastructure identified within the contract documentation.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment, materials, approvals, permits, supervision and services necessary to complete the works in accordance with all applicable legislation, codes, standards, utility authority requirements and project documentation. 

A MANDATORY Tender briefing will be held at the subject site (60-62 Menangle Street, Picton, NSW, 2571) at 10:00am Thursday 30th July 2026.

Tenders may be electronically lodged via the Tenderlink.com website. Council shall not accept any Tenders after the closing date and time. Council does not accept submissions via email.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
