An application has been made for the consent of Council to the use of the following land:- 

Property:                               325 Scroggies Road, LAKESLAND
For the purposes of:            Additional Information for the Continued Use of Extensions to Existing Poultry Sheds No. 5 and 6; Construction of Poultry Sheds No. 7-12; and Filling of Land in Three (3) Stages

Applicant:                             Precise Planning
Consent Authority:              Wollondilly Shire Council 

The Development Application is required to be advertised in accordance with Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 and also Section 79A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979. 

The application and plans relating to this proposed development may be inspected at the Council Office, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, any time between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 15 days from 14 September 2017 to 29 September 2017. 

Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
