An application has been made for the consent of Council to the use of the following land:-

For the purposes of: Intensive Plant Agriculture (Market Garden), Igloos & Cool Room

The Development Application is required to be advertised in accordance with Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 and also Section 79A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979.
The application and plans relating to this proposed development may be inspected at the Council Office, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, any time between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 15 days from 12th October 2017 to 27th October 2017.
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
