DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL - 108 Baxter Lane, Picton

An application has been made for the consent of Council to the use of the following land:-

Property:                               108 Baxter Lane, Picton
For the purposes of:            Telecommunications Facility (NBN)
Applicant:                              Visionstream Pty Ltd
Consent Authority:                Wollondilly Shire Council

The Development Application is required to be advertised in accordance with Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 and also Section 79A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979.
The application and plans relating to this proposed development may be inspected at the Council Office, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, any time between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) from 30th November 2017 to 22nd December 2017.

Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.

Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny.  Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 [GIPAA].  The Act imposes obligations on us to place submissions on Council’s website and submissions may be used in Council reports or court proceedings.  In this regard, your comments should be restricted to the proposed development.
