An application has been made for the consent of Council to the use of the following land:-

Property:                               1 Macquariedale Road, Appin
For the purposes of:            Shopping Centre with Basement Parking
Applicant:                             RJW Invest
Consent Authority:               Wollondilly Shire Council

The Development Application is required to be advertised in accordance with Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 and also Section 79A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979.

The application and plans relating to this proposed development may be inspected at the Council Office, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, any time between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 28 days from 29th March 2018 to 1st May 2018.

Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
