An application has been made for the consent of Council to the use of the following land:-
Property: 430 Bents Basin Road, Wallacia
For the purposes of: Change of use of a building and continued use of a Commercial Kitchen.

The Development Application is required to be advertised in accordance with Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 and also Section 79A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979.
The application and plans relating to this proposed development may be inspected at the Council Office, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, any time between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 15 days from 12th April 2018 to 30th April 2018.
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
