Draft Amendments to Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016

Council invites your comments on draft amendments to Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016.
A Development Control Plan is a planning document which provides planning standards and controls to guide new development in the area.
Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 will be amended to include site specific controls for land known as Lot 1 DP 996286 (No. 95) Great Southern Road, Bargo, which is currently the subject of a Planning Proposal to enable residential development on the land.
Where can I view the documents?
The draft amendments will be on exhibition from Wednesday 24 January, 2018 until Wednesday 21 February, 2018. The draft amendments can be viewed online or downloaded. Hard copies can be viewed at:
• Council’s Customer Service Centre at 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday;
• Wollondilly Library, 42 Menangle Street, Picton between 9:30am and 5pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 9:30am and 6pm Thursday and 9am and 12pm Saturday.

You can comment on the draft amendments by making a written submission by 5pm on Wednesday 21 February, 2018.

Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny. Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 [GIPAA]. The Act imposes obligations on us to place submissions on Council’s website and submissions may be used in Council reports or court proceedings. In this regard, your comments should be restricted to the draft amendments.
