Draft Amendments to Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 to amend controls relating to vegetation removal
Closes: 24/10/2018 5:00pm
Council invites your comments on draft amendments to Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016.
The Development Control Plan sets planning controls for a variety of development types across the Shire.
The draft amendments include changes to the controls applying to the Shire for vegetation removal on certain land, in particular the type of vegetation removal that can be undertaken without approval and the types of vegetation removal that can only be undertaken with a permit from Council. The changes are largely in response to new state government legislation which will take effect in the Wollondilly Local Government Area in November, 2018.
