MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT CONSENT - 3000 Remembrance Driveway Bargo

An application has been made for the Modification of Consent of Council to the use of the following land:-

Property:                                3000 Remembrance Driveway Bargo
For the purposes of:            Modification to alter population of school and adjustment to Section 94 Contributions
Applicant:                              Stanton Dahl Architects
Consent Authority:               Wollondilly Shire Council

The Application is required to be advertised in accordance with Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 and also Section 79A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979.

The application relating to this proposed development may be inspected at the Council Office, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, any time between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 15 days from 10th August 2017 to 25th August 2017.

Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Application to Modify Consent.

Submissions will be received until 4pm on 25th August 2017. Any written submission may become a public document. Please quote Council’s file number 010.2017.00000040.002 on any submission.
