A Draft Planning Proposal to Subdivide land at No. 11 Westminster Place, Lot 6 DP 1128635 into 5 Lots is being considered by Council.
The Planning Proposal intends to enable the subdivision of land on the site by removing a density control that currently applies to the land. Such an amendment would make the Subdivision of land into 5 Lots permissible with consent.
The draft Planning Proposal will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 22 November 2017 to Wednesday 20 December 2017.
