Approval for the proposed development is required from the Natural Resources Access Regulator under Section 89, 90, 91 of the Water Management Act 2000 and Subsidence Advisory under the Coal Mine Subsidence Compensation Act 2017 No 37. The development is on notification from 14 November 2019 to 29 November 2019.
