The Development Application is an Integrated Development under Section 91 of the Act. Approval for the proposed development is required from the Subsidence Advisory NSW in respect to an approval under the Mine Subsidence Compensation Act 1961, And approval from Roads & Maritime Services in respect to an approval under the Roads Act 1993
The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council’s Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted) for 30 days commencing 20 July 2017
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
