A Development Application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council for the use of the following land:

For the purposes of: Torrens Title Subdivision to create Twenty Nine (29) Residential Lots, 1 Residue Lot (Lot 6), Earthworks, Road Construction, Stormwater, Drainage Works, Re-Instatement of a Heritage Listed Item, Demolition of Outbuildings and Tree Removal.

The Development Application is an Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. Approval for the proposed development is required under Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997.
The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council’s Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted) for 15 days commencing 2 August 2018.
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
