The application is Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979.  Approval for the proposed development is required under Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997.

The application and plans relating to this proposed development can be viewed on Council’s website at or can be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 31  days from 8th November 2018 to 10th December 2018.
