For the purposes of: 347 community title residential lots, six residue lots, one precinct association lot and associated works including:
- Road construction
- Construction of fire trails
- Provision of utility infrastructure including stormwater drainage, sewerage, telecommunications and water
- Associated street tree planting, landscaping and embellishments.

The application is Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. Approval for the proposed development is required under Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997.
The application and plans relating to this proposed development can be viewed on Council’s website at https://www.wollondilly.nsw.gov.au/council/advertisements/ or can be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 28 days from 6 December 2018 to 25 January 2019 (extended as required for the Christmas and New Year period).

Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny. Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA).
