The application is Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979.  Approval for the proposed development is required under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000, Section 58 of the Heritage Act 1977, the Coal Mine Subsidence Act 2017 and Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997.

The application and plans relating to this proposed development can be viewed on Council’s website at or can be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 28  days from 13 December 2018 to 1 February 2018.
