The application is Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. Approval for the proposed development is required under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000, Section 58 of the Heritage Act 1977, the Coal Mine Subsidence Act 2017 and Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997.
The application and plans relating to this proposed development can be viewed on Council’s website at https://www.wollondilly.nsw.gov.au/council/advertisements/ or can be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 28 days from 13 December 2018 to 1 February 2018.
Anyone may make a submission concerning the Development Application. Submissions must be in writing, quote Council’s file number 010.2018.00000698.001and be received before 5.00pm on 1 February 2018. Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny. Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 [GIPAA]. In this regard, your comments should be restricted to the proposed development.
