An application has been made for the consent of Council to the use of the following land:-

For the purposes of: Changes to stable and outbuilding
Applicant: Walker Corporation Pty Ltd
Consent Authority: Wollondilly Shire Council
An application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council under Section 96 1(a) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979 to modify Development Consent No. 010.2011.00000577.001 which consented to Restoration of heritage building and driveway and sales office and commercial purposes at 61 Appin Road, Appin (Lot:2, DP: 529457).
The Section 96 1(a) Modification seeks changes to stable and outbuilding.
The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council’s Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted) for 28 days commencing 29th March 2018.
Any person may make a written submission concerning the proposed modification. Submissions will be received until 5.00pm on 1st May 2018.
Should Council consent to the Section 96 application, there is no right of appeal under Section 98 of the Act by an objector.
