An application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council under Section 4.55 (2) under Division 4.9 Post-consent provisions in Part 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979 to modify Development Consent No. 010.2017.00000026.001 which consented to 35 Lot Subdivision, New Road & Demolition of Existing Structures at Lot: 60 DP: 555941, Lot: 255 DP: 10669, Lot: 2 DP: 1128745, Lot: 5 DP: 1128745, Lot: 6 DP: 1128745, 105 Myrtle Creek Avenue TAHMOOR, 100 River Road TAHMOOR, Cross Street TAHMOOR.

The Section 4.55 (2) Modification seeks to relocate the proposed drainage basin and amend lot layout.

The application and plans relating to this proposed development can be viewed on Council’s website at https://www.wollondilly.nsw.gov.au/council/advertisements/ or can be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) for a period of 15  days from 6 December 2018 to 21 December 2018.

Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny.  Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA).  The Act imposes obligations on us to place submissions on Council’s website and submissions may be used in Council reports or court proceedings.  In this regard, your comments should be restricted to the proposed development.
