A Development Application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council to use the following land:

Property: 790 Montpelier Drive, The Oaks (Lot 1 DP 1215738), 780 Montpelier Drive, TheOaks (Lot 601 DP 735032) & 12 Emmaline Ave, The Oaks (Lot 121 DP 1187365)
For the Purpose of: 74 lot subdivision, new Roads, associated works and demolition.
Applicant: Cove Residential Pty Ltd. c/o North Western Surveys.
Consent Authority: Wollondilly Shire Council

This application is being re-advertised . Amended plans have been submitted by the applicant. The scale of the changes proposed is considered significant enough to warrant re-advertisement.
The Development Application is a Nominated Integrated Development under Clause 5(1)(b) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations 2000.

Approval for the proposed development is required from the Department of Primary Industries Water, in respect of an approval under Section 91 of the Water Management Act, 2000.
The application is also an Integrated development under Section 91 of the Act. Approval for the proposed development is required from the Roads and Maritime Services in respect to an approval under Roads Act 1993 and NSW Rural Fire Service in respect to a Bushfire Safety Authority under the Rural Fires Act 1997.

The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council’s Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted) for 30 days commencing 31st August 2017.

Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application. Written submissions received may become a public document.
