The Development Application is a Nominated Integrated Development under Section 91 of the Act and clause 5 of the regulations. Approval for the proposed development is required from the Department of Primary Industries - Water in respect to an approval under the Water Management Act, 2000, and from the NSW Rural Fire Service in respect to Bushfire Safety Authority under the Rural Fires Act 1997.
The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council’s Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted), and the Warragamba Silverdale Neighbourhood Centre for 31 days commencing 22nd February 2018.
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.
