PROPERTY STRATEGY
The Property Strategy and Implementation Plan set out Council’s approach to managing its property portfolio. They outline the long-term direction, priorities and actions for Council-owned and managed land and buildings, with a focus on community benefit, financial sustainability, operational needs and environmental outcomes.
Wollondilly Shire Council acknowledges the Dharawal and Gundungurra peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land, honouring their enduring cultural and spiritual connection to Country and recognising their ongoing contribution to the Shire.
