An application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council under Section 4.55 1a under Division 4.9 Post-consent provisions in Part 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979 to modify Development Consent No. DA/2021/144/1 which consented to Subdivision of Lot 1 in DP 1218358 to create four (4) superlots (Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4); and subdivision of proposed super lots Lot 1 and Lot 2 in three (3) stages by Torrens title to create 212 residential lots, and 3 drainage lots in three (3) stages, boundary adjustment and associated vegetation clearance, bulk earthworks, remediation, stormwater and civil works and landscaping at Lot: 1 DP: 1218358, 55 Macquariedale Road APPIN.
The Section 4.55 1a Modification seeks Modification to DA/2021/144/1 - S4.55(1a) for the removal of tree pits and modification to building envelope and respective modifications to engineering plans, landscape plans and conditions of consent.
Council’s Community Participation Plan outlines Council’s guidelines for notifying applications that are received. The notification period has been extended. The development is now on notification from 18 May 2023 to 15 June 2023.

Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny. Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA). The Act imposes obligations on us to place submissions on Council’s website and submissions may be used in Council reports or court proceedings.
