An application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council under Section 4.55 (2) under Division 4.9 Post-consent provisions in Part 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act, 1979 to modify Development Consent No. 010.2016.00000769.001 which consented to Alterations and Additions to Existing Dwelling and Change of Use to Child Care Centre at Lot: 165 DP: 10669, 14-16 Moorland Road TAHMOOR.

The Section 4.55 (2) Modification seeks Modification to child care centre to increase floor area and roof redesign.

Council’s Community Participation Plan outlines Council’s guidelines for notifying applications that are received. The development is on notification from 30 January 2020 to 27 February 2020.
