Draft Wollondilly Contributions Plan

Council at its meeting of 16 December 2019 resolved to publicly exhibit the Draft Wollondilly Contributions Plan in accordance with the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2000.

The Draft Wollondilly Contributions Plan is a Section 7.11 Plan prepared in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 to provide local infrastructure to support development within Wollondilly including the Wilton Growth Area. The infrastructure includes transport facilities, open space and recreation facilities, community facilities, car parking and plan administration.

Council also resolved to advertise its intension to formally repeal Wollondilly Development Contributions Plans 1993, 2000, 2005 and 2010, as well as Wollondilly Contributions Plan 2011, upon adoption of the Draft Plan.

The Draft Wollondilly Contributions Plan is on public exhibition between 18 December 2019 to 5 February 2020.

Under S10.4 of the EP& A Act, any person making a submission is required to disclose reportable political donations and gifts ($1000 or more) made to any local Councillor or Staff Member within 2 years of making of the submission. Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny. Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009 (GIPAA). The Act imposes obligations on use to place submissions on Council’s website and submissions may be used in Council Reports or court proceedings. In this regard, your comments should be restricted to the proposed development.
