The application is Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. Approval for the proposed development is required from Subsidence Advisory NSW under Clause 22 of the Coal Mine Subsidence Compensation Act 2017, Heritage Council of NSW under clause 58 of the Heritage Act 1977, Natural Resource Access Regulator under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000 and the NSW Rural Fire Service under No 65 of Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997. The development is on notification from 12 December 2019 to 3 February 2020.
