Initial refurbishments will see Council meetings move to the Shire Hall. The Council meeting chambers will be located in the space currently used by Children’s Services administration offices, with these offices to be relocated. The remainder of the refurbishments – which will see flooring replaced, better climate control, new kitchen and amenities, and the stage area being opened up for outdoor performances – will be completed later in the development, likely during Stage 3.
