Council approves the operation of the above amusement device in accordance with the Local Government (Approvals) Regulation 1999, subject to the following conditions:

1. Provide a copy of Certificate of Plant Item Registration issued by Safe Work NSW
2. Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance for the value of $20 million noting Council as an interested party in relation to personal injury and property damage
3. Site plan showing the proposing location of the amusement device/s
4. That all conditions of the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017, are complied with and that the device is installed, erected and operated in a safe manner.
