COVID-19
Reduced COVID-19 restrictions are currently in place across New South Wales. Council services are open in line with the Public Health Order, although some services may be impacted from time to time. We encourage everyone in the community to continue to follow COVID-19 safe practices where possible. Masks are a requirement for entry into Council indoor facilities. Business Support
Service NSW through the Small Business Fees and Charges Rebate is providing rebates of up to $1,500 to eligible small businesses. Businesses can find out more and check their eligibility on the Service NSW Website.
Wollondilly Shire Council will be further supporting Wollondilly small businesses during COVID-19 and will waive the following business-related fees until 5pm on Friday 18 February, 2022.

Council's Hardship Policy
Council recognises that there are cases of genuine financial hardship that may cause ratepayers to have difficulty paying their rates and charges or other sundry debts. The Local Government Act 1993 and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 allows Council to provide a range of assistance to ratepayers experiencing genuine financial hardship. Rate Relief
Rate Relief is available for those experiencing hardship. To request for relief please fill in our Rate Relief Application form.
