In 2019 the Dilly YAC held the first ever Youth Mental Health Summit in the Wollondilly, SUM IT UP.

Young people from Picton High School, Wollondilly Anglican College and Camden High School came together to talk about mental health and how we can work together to support young people in our local community.

What we heard on the day of the summit is that young people often don’t realise they need help and are sometimes scared to ask for help. With this in mind we in partnered with ReFrame to develop this video to show young people in the Wollondilly the simple steps to get help and support locally.
