Wollondilly Library Services invites residents to attend a free talk from Adam Schwartz – author of ‘Mum, I wish I was dead’.
In this one hour presentation, Adam will provide an in-depth recount of his struggle with depression throughout his adolescent years. He will explore the treatments he undertook, how the mental illness affected his family and will also provide tips on how to improve your mental wellbeing.
Book sales and free mental health information packs will be available on the day.
