The safety of the community is a top priority for Wollondilly Shire Council and we are working closely with the Camden Local Area Command (LAC) and Service NSW on the “Hear Something, See Something, Say Something” community safety project.

The project will encourage and educate people on how to report a crime and community outreach days will be held where residents can speak to their local Crime Prevention Officer and Service NSW spokesperson. The next community outreach day will be held in Thirlmere.

During the Community Outreach Day, Camden’s Local Area Command - Crime Prevention Officer will talk to the community about the different ways people can report a crime.

Service NSW will also be on hand to demonstrate how to report a crime through the NSW Police Portal and show residents how to complete the online form.

The ways that the community can report crime are:

  1. Triple 000
  2. Crime stoppers 1800 333 000
  3. Police Assistance Line (PAL) 131 444
  4. NSW Police Force Community Portal
  5. The three Local Area Commands: Camden, St Mary’s and Campbelltown.
