Festival of Superhero Fun

Posted on: 14.06.2016

The school holidays will soon be upon us and what better way for the kids to celebrate than with the “Festival of Superhero Fun”. An annual event that showcases the community services and groups available to families in Wollondilly and gives parents and carers the opportunity to meet local service providers to find out what resources are available to them, while the kids are kept busy with face painting, games, rock climbing, showbags, superheros and more.

This year kids can meet some famous superheros, take part in “superhero training”, say hello to the mini ponies, climb the rock wall, grab a showbag or jump on the Spiderman jumping castle.

While the kids are busy, parents and carers can stop and talk to local service providers and get to know what resources and events are available to them in the local community.

When: Thursday 14 July

Time: 10am to 2pm

Where: Tahmoor Community Centre, 6 Harper Close Tahmoor
