Major Works Projects
Posted on: 14.07.2016
Wollondilly Shire Council’s priorities are our road networks and facilities, including their safety, improvements and maintenance.
With a focus on these priorities, Council releases a newsletter every quarter outlining the major projects that have been completed during that period. Each newsletter builds on the previous, from the first quarter through to the fourth. Council has just released the fourth quarter update covering the major projects for the entire financial year.
Some of major projects completed over the last quarter include the following:
Bargo Streetscape – The project included drainage improvements in Noongah St and Railside Ave, concrete works, planter boxes and street furniture installation. The work was finished off with roadworks which were carried out on Railside Avenue in June 2016.
