Slow Cooking Workshop
Posted on: 07.07.2016
Wollondilly Shire Council will be hosting a FREE Slow Cooking Workshop. Did you know that households in NSW throw away at least $1,000 worth of food each year? Come along to the workshop and gain some ideas on how to reduce waste, save time and money and stop edible food going into landfill.
When: Monday 25 July 2016
Where: Wollondilly Community Nursery, Wonga Road, Picton
These workshops will be facilitated by Chef, Gerry Barbara as we learn some creative tips on how to use food you already have and some great ways to use leftovers as part of the Food Wise Program.
There will be FREE giveaways for all attendees.
Children and babies welcome.
For any special access or dietary needs please contact Council’s Waste Education Officer on 4677 1100 or email@example.com
This project is supported by the Environmental Trust as part of the NSW EPA’s Waste Less, Recycle More initiative, funded from the waste levy.
