Youth Week – 30 Things for Young People to do under $15 in Macarthur

Posted on: 22.03.2016

Wollondilly Shire Council invites you to the launch of a great new resource for young people within Macarthur. This event is for service providers, teachers and parents.

In 2015 Macarthur Youth Services Network (MYSN) consulted young people far and wide to find out what they like to do in their home towns, what is affordable and what is fun, to create a resource for young people, service providers and the broader community. The result was “30 Things for young people to do under $15 in Macarthur” a free resource that looks at affordable entertainment and leisure activities across the Macarthur region. From bushwalking and shopping to adventure activities, this resource highlights the top 30 activities that young people voted for.

The launch of the brochure will be held at:

Location:         The Australian Botanical Gardens, Bowden Centre, Narellan Road, Mt Annan

Date:               Friday 8 April
