Have a question or feedback about local projects, services or decisions? Community Forums are an opportunity to speak directly with Council and raise matters that are important to you. They provide a space to address items on the Council meeting agenda or share general feedback, with community input considered as part of decision-making.

Community Forums are held monthly and are open to the public. Council webcasts the Community Forum live, questions or statements from the public are encouraged. Forums can be attended in person, viewed live online via webcast, or watched later as a recording. Please note that meeting durations can vary depending on the number of speakers and discussions on the day, so finish times are not fixed.

Anyone attending or addressing Council at a Community Forum is required to read and accept the terms outlined in the Public Forum section of Council’s adopted Code of Meeting Practice prior to attending. To speak at a Community Forum, registration is required prior to 12pm on the day before the Forum.
