Local Government Week

Local Government Week is designed to showcase the work councils do in their local communities, including the wide variety of services they provide. Wollondilly Council each year engages the local schools to participate in a variety of activities to celebrated local government week.

Local Government Week 2020 theme is : Councils Do

This year it runs from 3 to 9 August 2020, local government areas across NSW celebrated council services that extended beyond roads, rates and rubbish to include areas such as public libraries, childcare centres, sporting facilities, arts and culture, building and development, and more. 

Schools from across Wollondilly will participate in a video submission competition, and a colouring competition.

Colouring In Competition Downloads

Terms & Conditions:

1. There are 3 different colouring sheets to choose from.

2. The Competition is open to children up to 12 years.

3.Entries will be judged in age brackets : 4 & Under / 5 -7 years/ 8-12 years and prizes will be awarded to 2 per category.

4. Child must be a Wollondilly resident.

5. Entries must be submitted by Friday 31st July and can be sent to:

Drop them into the boxes located in Councils Customer service area or Wollondilly Library.

 Entries will be judged & Winners announced during Local Government Week 3rd – 9th August.
