The Wollondilly Advertiser is now available in audio format for people who would like to receive the paper in audio form. The newspaper is recorded onto a CD each week and made available to anyone interested. This service is available free of charge to anyone who lives or works in Wollondilly.

In 2014 the NSW Disability Inclusion Act 2014 was passed, making it a legal requirement for all NSW Councils to develop a Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) by 1 July 2017.
The Wollondilly Shire Council Community Bus is available for use by community groups within the Shire for a nominal fee.
The Inclusion and Access Community Advisory Committee supports Council's Community Strategic Plan and enables Council to bring together interested community members and council staff with expert knowledge/or lived experience to advocate for and raise a positive awareness of access and inclusion within the Wollondilly.
The Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK) is an innovative system that enables people with disability to gain 24/7 access to a network of public facilities. Council is offering the Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK) at a cost of $10 to eligible Wollondilly residents.
