It's important to dispose of batteries and chemicals in the correct manner in order to avoid environmental harm. See below for disposal locations.

Any brand AA, AAA, C, D and 9V batteries (both rechargeable and non-rechargeable) are accepted at Council's Administration Building, simply drop your used batteries (removing any packaging) into the dedicated bins and you're done!

Only household quantities are accepted, up to a maximum of 20 litres or 20 kilograms container size. Please transport your materials carefully & remain in your vehicle at the collection site.
