The Project

Wollondilly Shire Council has received a Development Application from NSW Planning & Environment for the redevelopment of Picton High School. 

The development is deemed a State Significant Development. Under the provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy (State and Regional Development) 2011 (SRD SEPP), the NSW Planning Minister is the Consent authority. Council will review the proposal and provide comments back to the Department Planning & Environment.
