Council has received a Draft VPA Amendment from Country Garden Wilton East Pty Ltd (Risland) for the Wilton South East Precinct Stage 1 Development at 990 Picton Road, Wilton.
Council originally entered into the Planning Agreement (VPA) with Walker Corporation on 5 August 2019 for 696 residential lots.
